So, this mod Focuses on Hungary and Russia, 2 nerfed countries that had/has more potential than this. HUNGARY got some juicy ideas: Cavalry Combat Ability 20% ---> 25% (They were experts on horseback) From -1 unrest to -2 unrest (OP) This idea moved to the 2. idea in the row.
