DESCRIPTION

Work In Progress. A planned overhaul of EU4, hopefully at least a weekly update for the near future. ANY feedback is more than welcome, as well as any suggestion, ideas, requests, etc. Collaborators are also welcome. NOTE: yes, I know graphics is far from optimal, with many icons re-used. I am working on it. Graphics is my weak-point, and if someone want to collab over it, you're welcome.
