This mod was removed from Workshop about 6 month ago for no reason. But you know ,legends never die! That mod was created for people who like to play in Europe but who don't plan to take part in world's dividing I've noticed that playing as german minor or balkan country I'm just not interested in Asia but it contains more than 2500 provinces. New patch added a lot of new provinces and not every computer can work well with that couple.
