DESCRIPTION

Changed all colonial nation names to historical ones(if possible) and improved generic names. Might add fictional colony names too. Countries I fixed names for: Russia, Netherlands, France, Spain/Castile/Aragon, Germany, Italy, England, Scotland, Portugal, Sweden, Denmark. This is my first mod so apologies if it's a bit screwy.
