Just a visual mod for EU4 made in 15 minutes. Guess i'll work on it and add some more countries, such as France or Germany. Maybe I'll even rework all the flag, make them blinder. If you like bright and deep colours, don't even touch this mod. Now mod includes: Britain Russia Spain Portugal and Austria
