DESCRIPTION

This mod allows anyone to utilize any monument present in the game; however, its impact is in no way altered by changing monument movement rules.

Why did I make this mod? Because it was becoming frustrating to win provinces for monuments only to discover that AI had completed transporting it away to its new capital city.

Features of This Bill are:

• To lift restrictions on building monuments.
• Remove restrictions on using monuments
• Lift restrictions on upgrading monuments
