A new trade policy that combines the revenue of other policies. Planetary Trade Port - a new multi-level unique building and technology for the "Free Traders".

The "Free Traders", reworked a significant portion of specialist jobs, and soldiers. The private specialists produce more of their standard production, adds value to trade and provides amenities. However, they require more maintenance.

Technologies that increase trade value output, like similar farming/mining/energy technologies. Your enemies will be smashed by mercenary forces for a good price. Trade value is increased by Robotic Pop Trait.
