DESCRIPTION

A simple mod which tweaks things so low opinion of liege makes people more likely to join your court. Basically removes a -25 cap on acceptance from opinion of liege. Positive opinion is simply changed so that it scales slower.

Should be compatible with any mod which doesn't mess with recruiting courtiers. Feedback welcome.
