Adds the ability to become immortal, as well as grant that same gift to others, or take it away. Decide what age such immortals shall be frozen at - full spectrum -- infants, children, pre-teens, teens, young adults, adults, mature adults, elderly / old, venerable. Once in a lifetime events for mere mortals can be repeated for immortals, including feudal vassal contract negotiations.
And works with other mods' immortality granting traits so you can say... have a child vampire, or change your elderly vampire into a young adult vampire, or god, or elder thing, or wizard, or robot, or just a plain no-shenanigans immortal elf, nekojin, or human being.
You can, via Decision (self only) or Interaction (self and others):
Features
Works with the immortality-granting traits present in Princes of Darkness, and Pantheons of the Gods, and a number of other mods. With all of the above features. Except 'grant immortality', 'alter immortality', and 'remove immortality' if not one of five generic immortality trait names - 'immortality', 'immortality_sterile', 'immortality_genetic', 'immortal', 'ageless'.
Restore Mind and Body also removes negative physical and mental health traits and modifiers added by mods VIET events and Princes of Darkness
Immortality includes no prowess decline with age as well as a character tag that will make your ruler and any other character you bless with the gift of immortality not contract most diseases not originating from a mod (unless the mod looks out for this flag).
There is a decision to hide or un-hide all immortality decisions and interactions.
The three immortality traits, 'Immortality', 'Immortality (Sterile)', and 'Immortality (Genetic)' show in the ruler designer with cost of 800, 400, and 1600, all sorting near the bottom of the 'other traits' list.
The disease immunity flag is not a part of the immortality trait. You will have the option to add disease immunity separately if the character has a core / generic immortality trait but the disease immunity character flag is not present. This occurs when the immortality trait is added by some other immortality mods, or (most common) added via the Crusader Kings 3 ruler designer.
Chinese (simplified) and Russian localization - some harvested from pre-existing localization ports of the original immortality mod, with the remainder being google translate. Korean localization is 100% google translate.
Notes
While you are now more or less fully biologically immortal, you are not total-immortal or nigh-invulnerable. You and your fellow immortals can still die in battle, get assassinated, get depressed + commit suicide, and die from stress overload or a major stack of negative health modifiers (restore body & mind may help prevent).
Princes of Darkness heavily modifies vassal feudal contracts and does not add lifetime blocks when you renegotiate a feudal contract, leaving nothing for this mod to remove regarding lifetime feudal contract renegotiation lockouts.
Auto-aging of immortal babies, children, and teens will ONLY occur with those born with this mod's genetic immortality trait (immortality_genetic) that have not been manually age-set or immortality-configured. The standard and sterile immortality traits are not auto-aged. Children and teens with only immortality traits from other mods (Princes of Darkness, etc..) are not auto-aged. If you manually set / freeze a character's immortality age to that of a child or teen, this mod will cease aging that person on his/her birthdays. Same applies if you remove and re-add, or alter/swap immortality traits - auto-aging will cease even if under-20.
