Diplomatic Range of player is not changed,

So you can contact every ruler in your diplomatic range, and they can contact you too.

they just... can't see each other if they are out of range.

It affects only landed ruler's dynasty.

Lowborn, someone like Pope and Doge of Venice, are not affected. so AI can free to contact them.

If you want apply this mod to your save file

Open console command and apply event dili.0001

This mod is design to work with most mod without conflict.

and no need to update it.
