This is the Cities of Wonders 2 compatibility patch for the Rhomaioi - A Byzantine Empire Mod. It removes the wrong holding type penalty for Metropolises for the new government added in Rhomaioi - A Byzantine Empire Mod.

Now your magnificent Empires can finally have the capital they deserve!

Requires Cities of Wonders 2 and Rhomaioi - A Byzantine Empire Mod to be enabled with this patch.
