DESCRIPTION

This mod is based on Bail Out Anyone, but was rebalanced to prevent someone without a good opinion score to free a prisoner. So it is not possible to just pay the owner of the prisoner. Greedy owner are also slightly influenced by money, and religious difference between owner and prisoner is a heavy malus.
