DESCRIPTION

Add a dovahkiin with asubspecies trait dragonborn. when player is dovahkiin or a king/emperor, the newborn boy (in this version) might become dragonborn( or scaly ), when dragonborn become king/emperor, they may have a event, then become dovahkiin.
