DESCRIPTION

True Power. Knight to Godhood is a mod that adds 11 traits that that increase prowess, lifespan and gives other boosts that will effect you positively. you start with the novice knight trait that you can upgrade through a chain of events into better traits that give better boosts to stats. as the title suggests this mod starts you off as a knight where you must rank up through decisions in order to reach the end goal of immortality. which you get when you reach lesser deity level. you can get the starting trait through decision! the traits upgrade in order: Novice Knight Knight Grand Knight Master knight Arch knight Champion Legendary Champion Demigod Lesser Deity Greater Deity Supreme God NEW ADDITION! you can now promote other people though a character interaction . you can upgrade them using piety. you can level them up untill demigod level. after you get a person to demigod level you must land them if you want them to have the chance to become a god. you can get MEN AT ARMS once you are a master knight you can get higher tier units such as grand knights, champions, and demigods at certain trait tiers. AI can use these troops. as the title suggests this mod starts you off as a knight where you must rank up through decisions in order to reach the end goal of immortality. when you attempt to become immortal you have a chance to have a critical failure and lose the chance to become immortal. you can try to become immortal again by becoming a novice knight again and redoing your journey to demigod where you can retake the attempt to become an immortal god. ( you should only have a few decades to do this before you die of old age.) to rank up to the next level you need to spend gold, prestige and piety. to get the Novice Knight trait: requires 10 prowess, small amount of gold, and prestige. to upgrade to other traits you have to wait between a few months to a few years. the AI lords can acquire the novice knight trait as well and upgrade it if they meet the prowess and cost requirements. Very few Immortal Gods will be created as it is much more likely that a character will die of old age or another cause than they will survive to become a god. Once you upgrade or fail the percent upgrade chance then you must wait to be able to upgrade again or reattempt the upgrade decision. It should take you 40-80 years to get to immortality based on luck and player situation so if you want a progression in power instead of an immediate boost in abilities then this is the mod for you. hope you guys like this mod it took a lot of time!
