-No powerful vassals for counts.
-Dukes may have 1, Kings may have 2 and emperors may have 3.
-Vastly increased domain size and vassal limit. Far fewer knights, to help balance.
-Some opinion modifiers have been tweaked to balance the increased domain and vassal limits. Such as: revoking titles, firing council members, legitimizing bastards, etc...
-Option to change succession to Primogeniture.

Tweaked opinions a bit more. Removed complete defines file and replaced with the one line it takes to edit powerful vassals, something I meant to do earlier.
