What it does?

Simple.This mod will setup a world with TWICE the population and also the courts will have around TWICE more courtiers they used to have, all over the world.

Why/Do I need this mod?

You probably need this to balance the game AI if you use mods that implement more jobs for the courtiers, like my Advanced Court Positions, the Expanded Court Positions, etc... I noticed over 4 different playthroughs of 400 years that the AI could not fulfill around 40% of their Court Positions, while we as players could 100%. After this mod, AI Courts pumped their positions to 80-100%.

"Okay, I dont use any mod like you're saying, should I use this?"

Not really, will make no difference for you, will give you a very crowed court with no jobs to fulfill, and just add more cpu processing to your game. :)
