Sire, this mod is aimed to fix obvious historical-inconsistencies and improve the quality the playthrough as well as to impose the vanilla a new challenge. This mod expects low compatibility with other mods and maybe only UI and graphic mods are compatible with this mod. I Levies decay over years With some innovations unlocked or a new building named "Fairs" built, you will lose some levies, which reflects historical contexts which replace levies with tax in the form of money and mercenaries hired with it. Fairs are for the development(something like tradeport in the vanilla) and can be constructed by only Western Cultures, which I mean "West European" and overall balance. You can spam fairs in the vassal's lands and you will get weaker vassal and higher development of your cultural land.(Fairs can be only constructed in castles and churches and church cannot get highest level!) II Cultural-Unique buildings I come up with common buildings which in order to reach the highest level you should be in some culture. It is something like UBs in the civilization. I want to expand these UBs, especially in Europe, but now only made English UBs(Livery Companies in the form of Lv7(max) Fairs). Feel free to advise me about it. III Added and Modified Titles including barony New Duchy: Cologne, Trier, Mainz, Liege(Archbishoprics) Hainaut, Leicester(East Midlands, or Five Boroughs) Channel Islands Added And a lot of holding-type changes, belonging-county changes, belonging-duchies changes and etc. IV Dynasty of Capetians and Normans Both French and English (if Norman conquest successful) kings now adopt the primogeniture, which is reflective of historical potential of two kingdoms. V England Fixes London is now the de jure capital (of course, you know?) of the realm in 1066 and English melting-pot doesn't happen until 1100. And more!
