DESCRIPTION

*** this mod does not edit the base game traits, only the ones add by "More Congenital Traits - Compatibility Version" mod by kalanyr, which are applied as new traits that prerequisite the original traits ***

 

This submod aim to make the effects granted by the additional traits of "More Congenital Traits" mod more dynamic

 

Do you enjoy having more Congenital Trait, but you don't like the fact it turns you into a huge stat stick no matter the situation and that eliminate all engagement and decision-making? Or the fact that the Physique & Beauty pale in comparison to Intellect traits line?

This is not a balance mod, in fact the changed the stat changes alone is way higher than the original mod, a lot of the changes can easily break the game if abused, the differences that they are conditional so the character condition and lifestyle will affect it more making it more engaging to do eugenics programs.

No longer a lazy and diligent geniuses work on the same level of efficiency, only those who try to use the most out of their gifts will come at the top.

By granting effects that won't be effective all the time or for all the characters. With effects like stats per stress level or Accolade Glory gain, it will take more thought to benefits from these tiered traits.

 

 

the new effects per Congenital Trait line:

 

Beauty:

- Attraction opinion: +10 per star level, total effect after the base & star traits is 80.

- Fertility: +5% per star level, total effect after the base & star traits is 55%.

- Diplomacy: +1 per star level, total effect after the base & star traits is 8.

- General Opinion: +5 for star levels 1-3, total effect of the star traits is 15.

- Negated Diplomacy Penalty: 0/1/2/3/4

- Positive inactive inheritance chance = 4% per star level, total effect of the star traits is 20.

- Genetic trait strengthen chance = 4% per star level, total effect of the star traits is 20.

- +1 Max Personal schemes at the last star level

 

 

 

Physique:

- Prowess: +2 per star level, total effect after the base & star traits is 18.

- Attraction opinion: +5 per star level, total effect after the base & star traits is 40.

- Health Boost +0.25 extra for star levels 1-4. total effect after the base & star traits is 2.

- Disease Resistance Health Boost: +0.25 extra for star levels 1-4, total effect for all star traits is 1.

- Life Expectancy: +1.5 per star level, total is 7.5.

- Negated Prowess Penalty: +2 per star level, total effect 10.

- army led by owner extra advantage: 0/1/2/4/6

- (both an inspiring & terrifying presence in the battlefield)

- Accolade Glory gain: +5% per star level, total effect after the star traits is 25%.

- No Prowess loss from age at the last star level.

 

 

 

Intellect:

- Learning: +1 per star level, total effect after the base & star traits is 10.

- all main stats per stress level: 2/4/6/8/10

- +7% per star level monthly lifestyle & leveled traits (e.g Hastiluder) xp gain. total is 35%. (lifestyle with base game trait is 65%)

- battle advantage: +1 per star level, total 5

- +1 Max Learn Language Schemes at star level 1 & 4

 

 

compatibility

this mod was mad with compatibility in mind, it only touches the new traits, so it can be used with my Congenital Traits Rebalancing mod or Higher Mortality Mod or any other mod that changed the base game traits.
