DESCRIPTION

[v1.6.0] Enables Blind and Castrate options for every culture, with a Game Rule that allows you to set whether or not the target will be released from prison afterward. This mod will not conflict with others and doesn't overwrite any vanilla functionality AT ALL, so it won't break when a new update comes out. Alternatives to this mod on the workshop replace the entire 00_prison_interactions.txt file to remove culture restrictions, which means they'll conflict with any mod that does things to any prison interactions. It also means that if Paradox puts out an update, you'll have to wait for the modder to update theirs if you want your game to work right! Not so with this mod. This is adding new interactions that appear and function the same way as the original blind and castrate interactions, but are ONLY available to cultures that don't have the normal usual one. No conflicts or missing updates! The exception here is for cultures that already have castrate/blind, when you enable the "Keep in Prison" game rule -- the vanilla options are still available due to the nature of this mod, so for them you get new "Imprison (and Keep)" and "Castrate (and Keep)" decisions. Update: With the Royal Court update, castrate and blind have become engrained in culture customization. This mod still works as intended with decisions showing up, but it won't show up in your culture window.
