DESCRIPTION

This mod adds portrait borders to characters, inspired by the style I used for my Clear Artifact Levels mod, and designed to match Karax's great Title Colors mod. I used his default color scheme, and added those colors to the portrait borders, so both match when you're playing the game.

I also designed Regent borders, but I could not align them perfectly. Paradox used witchcraft on those and their alignment is all over the place. Nothing I can do to fix it, sadly.

You NEED Karax's Title Color mod to have the TEXT appear in the colors on the image. It says it's abandoned, but IT WORKS in 1.9 JUST FINE.

You could use it with Karax's mod, obviously.
