Please note that this decision will only appear if your capital is in the "Bactria Region" composing of Khorosan and the East half of Transoxiana. The Following Cultures can now form Bactria: Afghans Greeks Persians Sogdians Tajiks Tocharians Hellenism is now also an accepted Religion, for those of you that with to emulate the Greco-Bactrian Kingdom. Not Ironman Compatible.
