DESCRIPTION
This mod adds carefully selected and culture-appropriate music for virtually every culture and faith of the western and middle-eastern world. If you, for example, play as a French ruler, you can expect to hear songs that range from beautiful gregorian chants (tied to the catholic faith, id est chants only play if you're catholic) to immersive medieval songs that fit the medieval period, the culture and the faith of a ruler (for example: "La chanson de Guillaume" only plays if you have the Frankish heritage. "Palästinalied" only plays if you have a Germanic heritage and so on). For muslim rulers I added AdhÄn, traditional muslim prayer chant. For the Byzantines I added orthodox chants and other Byzantine-themed songs which you'll find out when you'll install the mod. Overall there are 74 songs meant to cover the European continent and the Middle East. All 74 songs have been properly mixed by me in order for them to not be too loud when playing. Their volume perfectly blends in with the game vanila music (still there) and the game sound effects. The excessive and rather annoying loudness of some tracks provided by other similar music mods (which forced you to always turn up and down the volume in-game) is what inspired me to create this one mod, with which you won't have to adjust the volume no more. IMPORTANT: - I will continue to update the mod over time. - Many other songs could be added in the future, depending on my personal taste. - The suggested volume on your systems (Windows 10) should be between 25 and 30. 100% in-game volume.
