This is a fix for my petty annoyance (there are many like it but this one is mine) with the otherwise cool Custom Kingdom feature (originally from CK2's Charlemagne DLC and brought to the base game in CK3) where you could end up with two entirely distinct de jure kingdoms with the same name, where one was originally in the game and one was formed by the decision from a duchy where the primary title had the same name as its de jure kingdom.
How this works is simple: you can no longer take the Found Custom Kingdom decision if your primary title as a Duke is one of a list of duchies that would cause this problem, unless you hold all of the duchies that would be in the existing de jure kingdom (since that would mean all those duchies would move to your new kingdom and the old one could no longer be formed).
Obviously if you qualify for this exception you could have just formed the original de jure kingdom instead but, I dunno, maybe you prefer the duchy's colour or CoA. No judgment here!
Compatibility notes:
-Obviously this mod is not compatible with achievements.
-This mod overrides the found_custom_kingdom decision.
It will not be compatible with anything that affects any of these items or overwrites the vanilla files they came from.
-This mod uses selective overrides, so it should be compatible with anything that doesn't affect any of the above.
-In particular, it is compatible with all my other CK3 mods. They will always remain separate, because I was a coder on the CK2+ dev team for four years and this has left me with a violent allergic reaction to the phrase "overhaul mod".
