DESCRIPTION

New Tradition for Turkic and Mongolic heritage cultures to unlock raiding similar to Practiced Pirates (without coastal counties requirement, instead it can be unlocked if the culture has atleast 40% counties in the Steppe region. Already added it to several turkic and mongolic cultures i.e. Oghuz, Pechenegs, Cumans, Khazars, Bolghars, Kaluks and Mongol. Would not be compatible with Ethnicities and Potraits Expanded. Use the compatible version instead.
