DESCRIPTION

Disables dynastic names appearing on the map as the names of titles. This makes the Umayyad Sultanate instead appear with its "real name" of the Sultanate of Andalusia. CK2 had a game rule to do this, but I guess paradox thought it wasn't important enough to put in CK3. This modifies the main titles file, so it will conflict with other title mods and will likely need frequent updates, which I'll try to do quickly (I wrote an ANTLR parser for the titles file so generating the update should be very fast at least, just will have to do it after every time paradox makes any changes to the file). Hopefully paradox implements a game rule for this eventually.
