Made with our competitive multiplayer game in mind. What changed: Doubled the scheme success chance decrease based on tier. Target Intrigue skill now decrease the scheme success chance. Decreased the maximum success and secrecy of murder and abduction by 10. This mod may change depending on how our multiplayer goes, but I will take consideration if you leave suggestions in the comments
