Some improvements to the Norman culture: Now they start with the Arched Saddle culture tech, being able to use heavy cavalry from the start. The decision to become English is also now time locked so William doesn't take it immediately upon conquering England. It can be taken after: - the year 1215. - the year 1100 for characters holding the Empire of Britannia - the year 1100 if neither the holder of England or his vassals have lands in France or Aquitaine
