DESCRIPTION

Gives you more control of inheritance. You can take the decision to centralise inheritance which disinherits all heirs which are already landed. The idea is that it makes sense that a powerful ruler would be expected to leave an inheritance to each of her kids but to give the player more influence in how this inheritance is divided. The default version requires you to have an empire title and high partition elective system. A more permissible version will be uploaded as Centralise Inheritance permissible.
