This decision mod presents a request for you, your close family and your vassals to convert to hellenism. Cities you have to completely control: Attica, Laconia, Alexandria, Roma and Tunis. You have to focus Learning life style currently. You must have one of these traits: Generous, Just or Temperate. And you shouldn't be in a war at the moment of course. Also this decision costs 800 prestige. This decision is only visible to characters that are in Roman or Greek culture groups.
