DESCRIPTION

I was bored so I made this mod quickly. It restricts the world (like my previous mod) to the Horn of Africa to increase the speed of the game. ATTENTION! The game will have a lag for 24 September to remove or move tens of thousands of characters to Africa from Europe and Asia. If you want to do a timelapse, after reaching August 24th, wait a few minutes for all characters to be moved or deleted, then you can continue recording.
