DESCRIPTION

Reduces map highlights for countries and counties. This helps if you don't like the map flashing any time you hover over a flag. Works with achievements. I wish I could keep the county highlight stronger, but it's tied together in the shader file, as far as I can tell. For separate settings, there are non-ironman mods you can use.
