DESCRIPTION

Simple mod that gets rid of the innovation requirement to found the Kingdom of Bosnia if you have the Bosnian culture. I always thought it was strange that you had to be "advanced enough" to think of making a seperate kingdom. Serbian and Croatian cultures will still need the innovation.
