DESCRIPTION

For those who think that one of your vassals being able to walk up and just take your kingdom (or other titles) via a random RNG prowess event is a little cheesy. This mod will remove that event ever happening. Note that it's a little hard to test since it's an event based on chance. Let me know if you still get the event when using this mod.
