DESCRIPTION

• Replaces the name of the barony/city "Potsdam" with "Spandau".
• Supported languages: German, English, Spanish, French.
• Right now only the language files are changed, but I'm looking for ways to improve this. Also I want to check how I can improve compability with other mods also changing these files.
