Tired of not being able to take your counties and form a new duchy? Wanting to RP a count that creates their own titles from dukedom to kingdom to empiredom? Well do I have a mod for you.

Right now the AI shouldn't use the decision but I will be working on that as an optional toggle.

This is an update to an existing mod that hasn't been updated since 2020. I've made it work with 1.9.2 and will keep updating it as time goes by.
