DESCRIPTION

This small mod adds the Arbanon/Albanian culture. I have not added it to the map, but it can be added to a character.

The Arberian/Albanian culture has these 4 traditions:

1. Eye for an eye (Blood Fued)
2. Legalistic (Kanunistic)
3. Esteemed Hospitality
4. Strong Kinship

The Arberian culture is found in 2 provinces. (Dibër and Arbanon)
