• Must be adult, hold barony & ruler must have stewardship >3
• Costs 25 piety & 50 prestige
• Gives 250 gold - Payback 300 gold & 25 prestige
• Has several negative bonuses taking the loan & 2 years after that (to keep the balance)
• Multi Language Support (ger; eng -> eng, fre, kor, rus, simp_chi, spa)

I tested the other mods which give you money and they all ruining the balance making it too easy with the additional gold
