DESCRIPTION

1. This mod removes the title tier requirement of accessing the Royal Court and some related court positions that is originally exclusive to king-tier and emperor-tier lieges.

2. AI behavior on court language adoption slightly tweaked, AI won't be dramatically inclined towards adopting the same court language.

3. Affects ALL COUNT-TIER and DUKE-TIER RULERS, including AI.
