DESCRIPTION
CK3AGOT is a complete conversion mod based on the world of George R.R. Martin's fantasy saga A Song of Ice and Fire, where lords great and small fight for control of the lands of Ice and Fire. The mod takes its name from the first book in the series, as well as the "game" of conspiracy and politics that ambitious and up-and-coming lords are said to play in their struggle for dominance.

Robert's Rebellion

Survive the tumultuous events of Robert's Rebellion, take command of one of the major houses of Westeros, including the Starks, Baratheons, Targaryens and Lannisters, or become one of hundreds of lesser houses to defeat the greatest threat to Aegon the Conqueror's legacy since the Dance of Dragons. Forge alliances, engineer betrayals and betrothals, and lead your armies into battle to determine the fate of the Seven Kingdoms. Will you remain loyal to Aerys II Targaryen, the "Mad King", or Robert Baratheon, the "Usurper"?

With the assassination of the Mad King and the sacking of King's Landing by Lord Tywin Lannister, the Targaryen rule in Westeros ended and the remnants of the once proud dynasty were banished to the Free Cities of Essos. Sitting on the Iron Throne is Robert Baratheon, who is faced with the monumental task of rebuilding the world destroyed by his rebellion. Please note: this era does not contain canonical plot beyond the initial conditions.

Mega Wars:  Experience exciting kingdom-wide wars like never before. The Mega Wars system expands the ability of lesser vassals to seize what is rightfully theirs. Players whose allies enter the war may choose to take sides or remain neutral. Rebels who fail in their endeavors may face punishments ranging from the loss of their titles to having their dynasty disappear before their eyes. Chaos is a ladder, the rungs of which are held together by a complex system of alliances and sympathies with high and low lords.
Royal Guard:  As ruler of the Seven Kingdoms, your safety is of the utmost importance. Recruit the most elite knights in Westeros to join your royal guard. Knights of the King's Guard serve for life, protecting the king's family and leading his armies in war.
Advanced Advisors:  The Hand of the King, or castellan for lesser lords, is one of the most powerful advisors at your disposal. You can assign them different tasks depending on their abilities in any lifestyle. When ruling the Iron Throne, if your High Lords are not competent enough to handle the complex tasks of the Small Council, you can recruit their vassals to dutifully serve the kingdom.
Knights and Squires:  As a ruler, you can offer aspiring young men and exceptional women the opportunity to become squires with a chance to become a knight. Along the way, you will have many opportunities to train your squires and monitor their progress.
The Night's Watch and Beyond the Wall:  Become the Black Lord Commander of the Night's Watch to confront the wildling kingdoms far beyond the Wall. As a wildling, join the fight beyond the Wall, uniting the fragmented free people by sword or song.

Deeper Roleplaying : New opportunities open up for custom characters to fit seamlessly into the world of Ice and Fire. Use the house customization program to join an existing house or revive a long-extinct dynasty, or create your backstory with the help of a maester who will preserve your glorious history for future generations.

Armor, Crowns and Swords:  The set includes armor for each of the seven kingdoms, as well as many new Valyrian ancestral steel swords and a huge number of crowns for every possible kingdom.
More Cultures and Religions:  8,000 years of history have given Westeros 40 distinct, playable cultures, each with unique traditions and people of arms suited to their homelands. Each religion, from the Faith of the Seven to the Gods of Cold, brings new and unique doctrines and holy sites that you can worship as you wish.
Spy Networks:  Create a network of little birds across the kingdom, spying on rival lords and gathering their secrets at a speed worthy of Westeros' over-the-top cunning.
Enormous Map:  Experience Westeros on a scale never seen before. The continent contains over 6,100 baronies and over 1,000 playable counties. In future versions of the game, this map will be expanded to include the Free Cities, Valyria, the Great Dothraki Sea and more.

Meticulously Detailed Map:  From the Frozen Shores to the Red Mountains of Dorne, our map depicts Westeros as if it were an extension of the real world. Each kingdom's capital has its own model, as do most of the continent's major cities and some minor castles. Our focus on canonical and environmental accuracy will satisfy all your map making needs.

Roads, Roads, Roads:  Lead your armies along roads that don't just attract attention - two different levels give higher supply and movement speed limits to make the most dangerous army stacks easier.
