Vassals to Arms

The 'Vassals to Arms' mod sends an event to the vassals of a defender in a war to either join their liege or be neutral, similar to the Megawar system in AGOT mod. A vassal would join a war, if they would lose land, have a Positive Opinion of their liege or if they have Eager Traits, such as brave or greedy. Consequently, A vassal would be neutral if they are not directly affected to the war goals/No Land Loss, a Negative Opinion of their liege or if they have Stagnant Traits, such as content or cravern.
