DESCRIPTION

This mod is my solution to the mid - late game problem of no longer being able to find marriageable women. What does this mod do:

- Adds a Present Debutante decision, which will spawn an 18 year old female with randomized traits and stats.

- Adds a Present Debutant decision, which will spawn an 18 year old male with randomized traits and stats.

- Allows all government forms to arrange marriage.
