DESCRIPTION

Fallen Empires (FE) is a scenario that uses a "shattered world" type map with a handful of ease of life mods & AI and system balances for Multiplayer! (much like its inspiration DoA Created for the Molon Labe Molon Labe the year is 450 BCE, the Great Empires have fallen after many years of relentless fighting and sacrilegious leaders and kings many countries sought after a free life, so one by one over many years they revolted and caused the collapse of even the largest of empires, all in the name of freedom of their peoples! although now free from their overlords, the descendants of the old empires rulers still remain and thus their countries, just fallen and broken. I also stream Imperator:Rome Every Tuesday at 6pm UK time with massive multiplayer sessions, you can check those out here: This mod includes the following features and mod implications: - Easier to ready Speed Indicators - Speed 1: Dark Red - Speed 2: Light Red - Speed 3: Light Pink - Speed 4: Strong Purple - Speed 5: Deep Blue - Diplomacy range set to 1600 - Control range set to 1600 - a simple music player - timelapse view - ledgers for wonders, treasures and territories - movable windows - character stats in offices - detailed province view (can be switched to the default one) - Enter selects the first option in events - character interactions are sorted - neutral armies are grey instead of red on the map -Terrain mini-map (in replacement of the vanilla plain white mini-map overlay) Regional changes to Britannia + Taurica (added + separated Cymru (Wales) from Britannia and separated Hibernia Region (ireland) from Caledonia Region completely) -Over 50 new formables and 103 new heritages -Military experience is no longer gained when disbanding levies to eliminate the possibility of exploit -The mercenary captain trait has been lowered from +5 martial to +4 -The war god's omen for the Heptadic faith now gives army morale instead of naval morale client states, colonies, league cities, and mercenary states no longer cost a diplomatic slot colonies, league cities and mercenary states can now be integrated subject tribute has been rebalanced -client state gold tribute reduced from 25% to 10% (since they no longer take up a diplomatic relations slot) -tributary gold tribute increased from 15% to 20% there is now an event that can fire for AI subjects demanding independence -doesn't affect tributaries as they already have an equivalent vanilla event -can't fire for the first 10 years of the game -can fire yearly, but subject must have loyalty below 35, or if the overlord has high war exhaustion (above 10), low stability (below 30), or is in a civil war, must have loyalty below 50 -should only fire once every 10 years for each subject -you can let them go peacefully, declare war, or bribe them with gold or political influence. You can't declare war on your rebellious vassal if you're allied together in a war already.
