DESCRIPTION

Mundus Poenicus is a map mod overhauling all of North Africa (with the exception of Egypt), as well as some area's in and around the Western Mediterranean. The mod adds news tags, new provinces and a new terrain map. Features: - 2 new mission trees for Carthage - The map has been changed so provinces follow natural borders. A lot of impassible terrain (mountains/hills) have been added. It is no longer possible to march from Cartennae to Carthage. - The impassible terrain greatly limits the maneuverability of armies. Positioning and forsight are far more important now. - Carthage has been disembered and lost a lot of territory to allies and tributaries. - Added a lot of new tags to north Africa. - New Nuragic religion for Sardinia. - This mod incorporates the Nuragic buildings by MattTheLegoman, as well as some other 3d assets kindly provided by him. - Parts of the road network are redone to be more pleasing to look at, to make more sense, and to prevent those wiggly endpoints which go nowhere Compatibility: This mod is incompatible with any mod which alters the map, adds new tags or adds new provinces/regions to the game. Aside from that it should be compatible with most mods.
