DESCRIPTION

Doubles the base Military Experience generation rate from 0.3 to 0.6, which means +100 exp will arrive every 13 years instead of 27 years. An additional +100 exp is given at the start of the game, so player has an interesting first choice. This mod is compatible with other mods and only makes minimal additions to game files, without overwriting anything else.
