DESCRIPTION

It's a simple mod, that adds a simple mechanic. It aims to make the game more dynamic by adding modifiers accordingly to the manpower percentages. So no more big snowball empires preying on smaller ones without consequences. With this mod peoples lifes matter, manpower is a measure of people available for war, so it could be a good proxy variable to how well you could enforce your rule. Any tips, suggestions and critics are appreciated, feel free to talk about it so I could fix and/or improve the mod
