Add:

-New States in Colombia, Panama, Ecuador, Cuba, Peru, Guyana, Costa Rica and Nicaragua (Mosquito Coast), Venezuela and Brazil.

-More provinces in Ecuador and Colombia.

-A new tree of approaches for Colombia.

-New decisions and events for Colombia.

The new focus tree includes:

-Options to recover the territories of Gran Colombia.

-Communist, democratic, Fascist and Monarchist branches.

-Branch of "reforms" and resource extraction.
