DESCRIPTION

I've had crazy happen to me while playing with this mod. This gives many small nations a chance to dominate the world. I've found deploying 100,000 bombers onto the Japanese mainland is quite entertaining. I've also found American and British navies don't perform ideally when 2000+ destroyers collective rain fire upon them.

This mod will work fine with the 1.10.3 version of the game.

This mod will not work with a majority of mods, unless it's cosmetic. Most values are changed, and so it would be almost impossible, unless there's a plugin of some sort.
