DESCRIPTION

After the unfortunate demise of Kaiser Tudor because of one too many drinks at a party celebrating the end of the Für immer Krieg, and the declaration of Jahr Null, his son Markus became the new Kaiser of the Ulmer Reich. Unfortunately, Markus was not yet ready to become king, so a period of instability followed in Ulm, lasting one year. It came to be known as das Krisenjahr and caused the already unstable war economy of Ulm to crumble, under the weight of 700 years of war and the cost of rebuilding. Now, the young kaiser must rebuild the Ulmer Reich and perhaps achieve the final goal, of total world domination and then, at last, achieve the greatest wish of the late Kaiser Tudor, to land the first man on the Mars, and to throw one big ,great, literally otherworldly party.
