DESCRIPTION

(WIP) I love naval battles, the strategies and the designer. Yet it seems like there are only 4, maybe 5 countries that can actually field an impactfull navy. This mod aims to boost naval production in a way to make navies viable and worthwhile. This mod also aims to prevent a single bad fight from deleting your navy forever. With modular bonuses, it is our hope that once a navy is defeated, a country may be able to field another one in an year or two.
