DESCRIPTION

Modifies the borders of several countries to match the same borders of the German Empire, Austro Hungarian Empire, Tsardom of Bulgaria, and Ottoman Empire. Also changes the leader portraits and disables anschluss to prevent austria from getting annexed. Replaces the axis with the central powers and automatically adds each central power to the faction.
